Upgrade instructions
- Meet the 30-day trading volume requirement to upgrade your VIP tier and enjoy corresponding benefits.
- Meet the account asset value requirement to upgrade your VIP tier. Failure to meet the requirement will result in tier downgrade.
- The VIP system updates daily at 17:00 (GMT+0). Upgrade immediately upon meeting requirements.
- If you meet the VIP tier criteria on other exchanges, apply to become VIP. Approved applicants get 30-day VIP status at the corresponding tier.Submit application

- Maker: A user who places an order at a specified price, which doesn’t immediately match with order book entries and waits for counterparty orders.
- Taker: A user who places an order at a specified price that immediately matches with order book entries.
- 30-day spot trading volume: User’s trading volume in the past 30 days.
- 30-day futures trading volume: User’s combined perpetual futures and copy trading volume in the past 30 days.
- 30-day average asset balance: Total balance across spot, futures, copy trading, funds, and wealth management accounts. Calculated as (daily 00:00 balances across all accounts) / 30 days.
